Qualifications

• 18+ years to operate kitchen equipment.
• 1 year kitchen/culinary/chef experience preferred but not required.
• Experience with knives, slicer, mixer, stoves and ovens.
• Flexible to work a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and plate dishes with high presentation standards.
• Work in a fast-paced scratch kitchen with open layout visibility.
• Manage ticket orders for proteins and ensure proper temperatures.
• Maintain sanitation of station and workspace; assist opening/closing duties.
