Qualifications

• 3+ years of Kitchen Manager or culinary leadership experience in a high-volume, full-service environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop others while maintaining high kitchen standards.
• Strong understanding of food safety, sanitation, and cost-control practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead a people-first kitchen by coaching and developing a high-performing culinary team.
• Champion scratch food excellence with consistent prep, flavor, and presentation.
• Own daily kitchen operations including prep, line, cleanliness, and organization.
• Develop and train talent, building bench strength and clear growth paths.
• Drive food safety and standards, ensuring compliance and accountability.
• Manage costs and inventory, control waste, and optimize ordering and portions.
