Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to operate food service equipment and work under indirect supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare a variety of foods from basic ingredients using scratch cooking.
• Assist in menu planning and purchasing of staples; participate in determining portion sizes and item prices.
• Set up serving line and serve meals; train staff in food service procedures; ensure sanitation and quality.
