Job summary

Hallmark Management Service Inc. is hiring for an onsite culinary position focused on bakery preparation and fresh menu items in our residential dining program. You will support scratch-made desserts, decorate cakes with pastry bags, and contribute to a clean, organized kitchen that follows our recipe standards.

Qualifications

Experience in bakery preparation and desserts.
Ability to decorate with pastry bags as required.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates culinary knowledge with emphasis on bakery prep.
Uses pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating as required.
Maintains clean, labeled, rotated workspace in line with standards.
Prepares quality menu items following company recipes and presentation standards.
Tastes items to ensure standards and completes production records.
Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
Exhibits a customer-first attitude.
