Job summary

Hallmark Management Service in Columbus, OH is seeking an onsite kitchen team member to prepare and serve meals following our scratch-made recipes. You will help maintain production records and keep a clean, organized workspace in line with our sanitation standards.

As part of a collaborative kitchen team, you will support cooks and bakers, follow health and safety guidelines, and demonstrate a customer-first attitude in a fast-paced dining program.

Qualifications

• Background checks may be required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Requires occasional lifting, up to 40 lbs.
• Requires constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and serves food according to our company recipes and presentation standards
• Accurately completes productions records
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace storing, labeling and rotating product according to our standards
• Supports Cooks & Bakers with component ingredients for company recipes as assigned
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in our commercial production kitchen
• Exhibits a customer comes first attitude
