Qualifications

• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willingness to perform bakery preparation and decorating.
• Physically able to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge and technique with emphasis on bakery preparation.
• Ability to use pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating as required.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace, labeling and rotating products.
• Provides quality menu items through company recipe and presentation standards.
• Tastes food items to assure they meet standards.
• Completes production records accurately.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
• Exhibits a customer-first attitude.
