Demonstrates culinary knowledge, collaborates with team, and adheres to health and sanitation guidelines while delivering high-quality menu items and service to residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Background Check/Drug Screen required.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Requires occasional lifting up to 40 lbs.
• Requires constant standing and walking.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge with emphasis on bakery preparation.
• Ability to use pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating for events.
• Maintains a clean and organized workspace with proper labeling and rotation of products.
• Provides quality menu items and food products following company recipes and presentation standards.
• Tastes food items to ensure they meet standards.
• Accurately completes production records.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the kitchen.
• Exhibits a customer-first attitude.
