Responsibilities

• Demonstrates culinary knowledge with bakery emphasis, scratch and convenience as required.
• Ability to use pastry bag for cake/dessert decorating for menus and events.
• Maintains a clean, organized workspace, labeling and rotating products according to standards.
• Provides quality menu items and food products per company recipes and presentation standards.
• Tastes food items to ensure they meet our standards.
• Accurately completes production records.
• Follows health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the production kitchen.
• Exhibits a customer-first attitude.
