Flik Independent School Dining has an immediate opening for a full-time Baker at our Kapalama location in Honolulu. The shift runs Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm with online applications accepted for this posting.

Applicants must have at least two years of large scratch baking experience and be capable of producing breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries per provided recipes and production sheets. Free parking, uniforms and shift meals are included.

• Two years of large scratch baking experience required.

Responsabilités

• Bake breads, pies, cakes, cookies and other pastries according to recipes and production sheets.
• Ensures proper food preparation by following approved recipes and production standards.
• Maintains sanitation and orderliness of all equipment, supplies and utensils.
• Cleans equipment and workstation after shift and ensures proper serving temperatures.
