Job summary

EMR Group is seeking a full-time Crane Operator at our Camden, NJ site to support metal recycling operations. You will load/unload scrap materials, transfer loads, and help maintain a safe, organized work area outdoors in all weather conditions.

We value reliability, teamwork, and a strong safety mindset. The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of crane operation experience, with OSHA certification preferred. You may be asked to pass a background and drug test.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED-equivalent.
• Minimum 6 months of consecutive crane operations experience.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Able to pass background, credit check and drug test.
• OSHA Safety certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Load/unload scrap materials and cargo as needed.
• Transfer materials between locations and catch falling material.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and safe sites.
• Adhere to service logs and maintenance requirements.
• Follow operating and health and safety protocols.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
