Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Background, drug screen and physical required.
• Experience operating Caterpillar/Sennebogen hydraulic cranes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sort and prepare scrap for processing.
• Operate a hydraulic grapple or magnetic crane to lift, sort, load or unload scrap metal.
• Load and unload containers and trailers; move heavy scrap safely.
• Perform daily inspections and report defects or needed repairs.
• Follow all SA Recycling safety, health and environmental rules and procedures.
