Qualifications

• Experience in marketing project management, campaign coordination, events, or another delivery-focused role is preferred.
• Relevant experience supporting hospitality, retail, or service-business promotions in Scottsdale is also welcome.

Responsibilities

• Turn marketing briefs into project plans, timelines, and milestones.
• Confirm requirements, responsibilities, and approval stages.
• Coordinate content, design, digital, and promotional deliverables.
• Lead project meetings and follow up on agreed actions.
• Track resources, approved budgets, and outstanding requirements.
• Review progress and address delays or conflicting priorities.
• Communicate changes to scope, schedules, and project expectations.
• Coordinate materials and logistics for campaign launches and events.
• Maintain project documentation and prepare status updates.
• Review completed projects and recommend process improvements.
