People Plus is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to lead day-to-day management, performance and assurance of delivery partners delivering the Jobs Guarantee across North & East Scotland. The role is home-based in Scotland with regular travel across the region.

You will build strong relationships with subcontractors, manage performance data and QA activities, and ensure compliance with grant funding and data protection requirements. A driving licence and willingness to travel are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in supply-chain management, contract management or commissioning.
• Ability to use performance data to identify trends and improvements.
• Strong relationship-building with partners and stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Manage a portfolio of delivery partners against contracts and service levels.
• Lead partner performance reviews using MI and dashboards.
• Ensure QA, safeguarding and data protection requirements are met across partners.
• Coordinate capacity planning and ensure coverage across North and East Scotland.
• Prepare concise performance reports for governance and commissioners.
