Job summary

Rainbow Cone is seeking an Ice Cream Scooper to greet guests, take orders, and handle payments while accurately recording transactions. You will scoop and serve Rainbow Cone products, maintaining a clean work area and friendly service.

Ideal candidates maintain excellent communication, hold a Food Handler certificate, and can stand for long periods. The role requires a hygienic workspace and willingness to restock supplies as needed.

$15 per hour - $17 per hour , based on experience + TIPS

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Ice Cream Scooper will greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. The Ice Cream Scooper will also scoop and serve all Rainbow Cone orders while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and work with the team to provide outstanding service to our guests
• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Scoop ice cream to fill customer orders
• Proper handling and serving of Rainbow Cone products
• Clean and sanitize the workplace
• Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs, bowls, cones, napkins, spoons, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
