Job summary

Rainbow Cone in River Forest, IL is seeking an enthusiastic Ice Cream Scooper to greet guests, record orders accurately, and handle payments with a friendly smile.

You will scoop Rainbow Cone treats, keep a clean, sanitary workspace, restock flavors and supplies, and provide quick, friendly service. The role offers a flexible schedule, tip pooling, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and a positive attitude are required.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Must maintain a clean and sanitary work environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work with the team to provide outstanding service to our guests
• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Scoop ice cream to fill customer orders
• Proper handling and serving of Rainbow Cone products
• Clean and sanitize the workplace
• Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs, bowls, cones, napkins, spoons, etc.
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Range:

$15 - $17, based on experience + TIPS!

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Ice Cream Scooper will greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. The Ice Cream Scooper will also scoop and serve all Rainbow Cone orders while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.
