Job summary

Rainbow Cone in Illinois is hiring an Ice Cream Scooper to greet guests, record orders quickly, and take payment. You will also scoop and serve Rainbow Cone orders while keeping a clean, sanitary workspace.

Under the direction of the General Manager, you’ll maintain high service standards, handle tips, and restock display tubs and supplies as needed to ensure fast, friendly service during peak hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and positive attitude.
• Must obtain Food Handler certificate.
• Must work to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work with the team to provide outstanding service to our guests
• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Scoop ice cream to fill customer orders
• Proper handling and serving of Rainbow Cone products
• Clean and sanitize the workplace
• Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs, bowls, cones, napkins, spoons, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
