Job summary

The Rainbow Cone team in Oak Park, IL is seeking an Ice Cream Scooper to warmly greet guests, take and record orders, and process payments. You’ll scoop and serve Rainbow Cone treats while keeping a clean, sanitary workstation and assisting with restocking.

Must have excellent communication, a positive attitude, and a Food Handler certificate. The role involves standing for extended periods and delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

$15 per hour - $17 per hour , based on experience + TIPS!

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Ice Cream Scooper will greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. The Ice Cream Scooper will also scoop and serve all Rainbow Cone orders while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and work with the team to provide outstanding service to our guests
• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Scoop ice cream to fill customer orders
• Proper handling and serving of Rainbow Cone products
• Clean and sanitize the workplace
• Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs, bowls, cones, napkins, spoons, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
