Job summary

The Buona Companies is hiring an Ice Cream Scooper at Rainbow Cone in Glendale Heights, IL. You will greet guests, record orders quickly and accurately, and process payments while ensuring accuracy and friendliness.

You will scoop and serve Rainbow Cone orders, keep the work area clean and sanitary, and assist with restocking and stocking display items. The role requires standing for extended periods and obtaining a Food Handler certificate.

Job Summary:

Under the direction of the General Manager, the Ice Cream Scooper will greet guests with a smile, quickly and accurately record orders, and take payment. The Ice Cream Scooper will also scoop and serve all Rainbow Cone orders while maintaining a clean and sanitary workspace.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate and work with the team to provide outstanding service to our guests
• Greeting guests and taking orders
• Scoop ice cream to fill customer orders
• Proper handling and serving of Rainbow Cone products
• Clean and sanitize the workplace
• Restock ice cream flavors in display tubs, bowls, cones, napkins, spoons, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
