Wooltari USA Inc. is seeking an experienced SCM Operations Manager in Carson, CA to oversee the full supply chain and logistics between Korea and the United States. You will manage 1,000 SKUs across ambient, refrigerated, and frozen products and work with internal teams, warehouses, 3PLs, carriers, and customs brokers.

The role emphasizes ownership of operational issues, data-driven decision making, and identifying automation opportunities to support Wooltari’s growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in supply chain/logistics.
• Experience managing cross-border shipments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory across headquarters, external warehouses, and regional centers.
• Coordinate international and domestic shipments with 3PLs, carriers, and brokers.
• Monitor customs clearance, FDA holds, and import requirements.
• Develop and monitor dashboards for inventory, costs, and performance.
• Identify bottlenecks and automate processes to scale operations.
