Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain or related field.
- 7+ years in materials management, logistics, or supply chain in manufacturing.
- Experience with international logistics and ERP systems.
- Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead material planning and availability to support production schedules.
- Monitor shortages, inventory status, POs, and in-transit materials.
- Coordinate shortage recovery with Procurement, Engineering, Production, Warehouse, Korea HQ, and logistics providers.
- Manage international and domestic logistics including shipment tracking, customs coordination, and transportation.
- Monitor logistics performance and resolve issues; review costs and suggest improvements.
- Oversee warehouse operations across sites through Material Receivers/Inventory Specialists.
