You will own master data governance, drive system alignment, and enable KPI-driven performance improvements in a global power grid context. You will lead cross-functional teams, partner with IS, and drive data transparency while ensuring regulatory and internal compliance.

Qualifications

  • 5-10 years in Supply Chain, Process Excellence, or Operations with leadership.
  • Proven experience in process governance and standardization.
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP).
  • Exposure to global or multi-regional environments.

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end supply chain governance and process excellence across the North America region, ensuring alignment with global frameworks and standards. You will manage process ownership, documentation, and standardization while maintaining data integrity and performance visibility through KPIs and dashboards. The work involves leading process harmonization, supporting system adoption, enabling digital transformation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain functions. You will address challenges related to process inconsistency, data quality, and performance gaps by implementing governance structures, conducting audits, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. Your contribution supports the delivery of consistent, high-quality supply chain operations, enabling reliability, efficiency, and innovation in the broader power grid ecosystem through improved data transparency, standardized processes, and system alignment.
