The Opportunity As the Strategic Planning and Implementation Manager within the North America Service Business Unit, you will shape strategic planning activities and drive the implementation of approved initiatives across the region and customer segments. You will work with regional and global stakeholders to develop strategic plans, convert priorities into executable initiatives, establish implementation governance, track progress, manage risks and issues, and support reporting across leadership forums. This role addresses the challenge of turning strategy into measurable business outcomes through structured execution, visibility, and accountability. By improving implementation discipline, operational performance, and cross-functional alignment, you will contribute to the continued evolution of service delivery and business performance across the organization.
