Qualifications

  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and safety standards are understood and followed by team members and stakeholders.
  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and customer-focused team environment while supporting employee development.
  • Responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures and guidelines.
Your Background
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in warehouse, inventory, distribution, or supply chain operations.
  • Previous experience leading, supervising, or coordinating teams in an operational environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, forecasting, warehousing, and distribution processes.
  • Proven ability to analyze data, solve operational challenges, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
