Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (supply chain, business, engineering, or economics).
  • 7+ years in supply chain, purchasing, planning, or procurement in industrial manufacturing.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills translating data into action.
  • Experience in collaborative, matrixed, fast-paced environments.
  • Preferred: CPSM or PMP, SAP, Power BI, and MS Office.

How you'll make an impact
  • Lead strategic sourcing activities to ensure material availability, cost competitiveness, and supply reliability.

  • Champion cost reduction, cost avoidance, and risk mitigation projects across the organization.
  • Inspire, coach, and develop a high‑performing supply chain team while supporting talent growth and succession planning.
Your Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of supply chain, purchasing, planning, or procurement experience within an industrial manufacturing environment.
  • 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable plans.
  • Experience working in a collaborative, matrixed, and fast‑paced environment.
  • Preferred: CPSM or PMP certification, SAP experience, Power BI knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
