Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Manager SCM Analytics Developer to lead a team of analytics and AI developers and drive advanced analytics across supply chain initiatives.

You will align analytics with business goals, foster a data-driven culture, and deliver repeatable solutions for S&OP, network and inventory optimization, and reporting improvements while partnering with Commercial, IT, and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred
• Specialization in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or Engineering is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in analytics. Supply Chain experience preferred but not required.
• Proven leadership experience in data science, analytics, or business intelligence, preferably within a supply chain or operations environment.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Track record of developing talent and building high‑performing analytical teams.
• Timeliness, accuracy, and professionalism.
• Expert knowledge in Excel including pivot tables, power queries, vlookups and other advanced formulas.
• Expertise in data modeling, reporting, and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, SAP Business Objects, Power BI).
• Proficiency with Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Task Scheduler, Power Automate, and MS tools.
• Proficiency in programming (Python, SQL) and automation tools.
• Exposure to cloud AI/ML platforms (Databricks, AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, Azure OpenAI) and AI agent frameworks.
• Familiarity with modern AI tools and frameworks (e.g., APIs, cloud AI platforms, or agent frameworks) used to build and integrate AI agents into applications.
• Exposure to AI/ML concepts and lifecycle, including data preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment workflows.
• Tableau or Power BI data sources development experience preferred but not required.
• Experience developing, improving, and streamlining processes and reporting.

• Drive opportunities to minimize duplication and promote best practices across functions.
• Develop and monitor KPIs, provide timely and actionable insights to executives.
