Job summary

Southern Glazer's Wine and Spirits is seeking a Manager SCM Analytics Developer to lead a team of analytics and AI developers focused on supply chain optimization. You will drive AI/ML initiatives, enhance forecasting, inventory, and distribution analytics, and partner with IT, Finance, and Commercial teams to bundle cohesive programs.

You will apply advanced analytics, data modeling, and visualization to support strategic decisions and operational improvements across nationwide distribution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Specialization in Supply Chain, Finance, or Engineering preferred.
• 3+ years of analytics experience; supply chain experience helpful.
• Proven leadership in data science/analytics.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and VBA is a plus.
• Experience with Python/SQL and automation tools.
• Exposure to Databricks or cloud AI platforms (AWS/Azure) is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to analytics developers and drive AI/ML initiatives for SCM.
• Lead design, development, and deployment of analytics solutions aligned with business objectives.
• Improve data processes, automate and optimize supply chain reporting.
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Commercial to bundle cohesive programs.
• Develop repeatable solutions and best practices for partner deployments.
• Analyze inventory, forecast, logistics, and financial data for decision support.
