Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Drive effective partnership with customer accounts and communicate to understand customer processes, needs, and expectations.
• Analyze sales data against forecasts to ensure procurement and inventory support objectives.
• Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly, and ad-hoc) as required.
• Research and develop information on new projects and support resolution of customer complaints promptly.
• Support cross-functional teams to maximize customer service and inventory efficiencies.
