Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparation of monthly/quarterly/annual financial reports (SEC and internal).
• Contribute to consolidation and closing for domestic and international entities.
• Prepare journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Support GAAP and SEC reporting review and analysis.
• Develop reports for management and Board materials.
