Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required, with five years’ experience in a related business environment.
• Undergraduate degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred.
• Inside or outside sales experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective partnership with customer accounts and understand business processes and requirements.
• Analyze historical and current sales data against forecasting to align procurement and inventory with objectives.
• Prepare periodic reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually, and ad-hoc).
• Research and develop information on new projects.
• Collaborate with branches and internal resources to resolve customer issues promptly.
• Support customer retention by demonstrating value proposition and adapting to needs.
• Travel to meet customers and provide supply chain information as required.
• Maintain confidentiality of vendor costs and financial information.
