Job summary

Millennium Space Systems, a Boeing Company, is seeking an Industrial Security Specialist to enable secure development and execution of classified programs at our El Segundo facility. You will enforce DoD and national security policies, coordinate with government representatives, and build training while conducting annual compliance inspections and CAPs.

The role requires active TS with SCI eligibility, experience with SCIF/SAPF, and RMF activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years CSSO/Industrial Security experience in SCIF/SAPF.
• Must implement 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM Rule; DoDM 5205.07 SAP Security Manual, dtd Jan 17, 2025; ICD.
• Ability to obtain and maintain SAP/SCI access.
• Relate to a diversified customer base within the DoD.
• Active U.S. Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility (US citizenship required).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with personnel security for DoD collateral clearances and SAP/SAR programs.
• Manage access quotas and track PARs; conduct program indoctrinations.
• Conduct security training, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Maintain controlled media inventories and destruction/transfer records.
• Develop procedures to prevent unauthorized items entering or leaving SCIF.
• Assist with facility accreditations and PPIP development.
• Collaborate with COMSEC Officer for guidance and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with customer security requirements and regulations.
• Support RMF activities and authorization packages for ATO.
• Review and comment on IS/Physical Security Plans and other CDRL deliverables.
• Prepare Statements of Work comments related to security.
• Plan and process DD254s for primes and subs.
• Interpret security classification guides throughout acquisitions.
• Incorporate TEMPEST and COMSEC requirements into design input.
• Investigate security violations and provide summaries to authorities.
• Develop SOPs and prepare government-signature communications.
