Job summary

SAIC is seeking an experienced IT/Communications/SCIF Infrastructure Specialist to support facility infrastructure, focusing on SCIF accreditation, secure communications integration, and IT infrastructure for AI production environments. Coordinate across SCIF accreditation, system ATO, and reciprocity agreements for cross-domain connectivity.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: SCIF design/ICD-705 accreditation, IPA connectivity, HPC network tasks, and BOE preparation to meet

Qualifications

Active TS SCI w/ Polygraph is required.
Extensive SCIF/secure facility and IT infrastructure accreditation experience.
Experience with RMF, ICD 503, and ATO package development.

Responsibilities

Support SCIF design, construction oversight, and ICD-705 accreditation processes.
Coordinate secure communications path development including IPA connectivity and cross-domain solutions.
Support network connectivity task order execution.
Support IT infrastructure architecture for GPU clusters and HPC.
Assist with security controls implementation and assessment for dual accreditation.
Support facility power, cooling, and physical infrastructure planning for AI workloads.
Develop BOE for ATO package and coordinate testing requirements.
Coordinate reciprocity planning to ensure connectivity and delivery schedules.
Track facility and communications milestones against delivery timelines.
