Job summary

Integrated Intel Solutions seeks a Security Specialist to ensure NGA and industrial security areas meet DoD/IC standards for SCI handling and SCIF accreditation. You will manage SCIF lifecycle, oversee testing of security systems, and coordinate with DoD/IC partners to safeguard classified information.

You will generate security reports, perform risk assessments, and deliver briefings to non-security personnel, while maintaining records and supporting NGA security programs.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in the physical security field.
• Documented experience conducting Physical SCIF inspection IAW ICD 705.
• Familiarization with generating a Fixed Facility Checklist.
• Documented experience writing security reports and creating supporting metrics.
• Documented experience conducting risk assessments.
• Experience using Microsoft Suite.
• Experience providing security briefings/training to non-security personnel on aspects or components of a Physical Security Program.
• Ability to sustain prolonged standing, walking and climbing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure NGA and industrial areas meet DoD/IC standards for SCI and Collateral information before SCIF accreditation.
• Ensure security programs comply with security governance and directives (IC, DoD, DoS).
• Oversee SCIF and Collateral Area lifecycle from concept to disposition.
• Oversee testing and maintenance of key/lock, container, and alarm systems.
• Coordinate with NGA, DoD, IC and external offices to safeguard classified information.
• Manage customer service lines and administrative support during core hours (0800-1600 M-F).
• Maintain and update security records and databases (SCIF, PeopleSoft, etc.).
• Prepare accreditation documentation and supporting materials for security areas.
• Create and present security training sessions as required by government partners.
• Draft NGA policy documents and awareness materials for physical security.
