Job summary

System High Corporation is seeking an Industrial Security Professional in Arlington, VA to support SCIF and SAP construction efforts and ensure compliance with ICD 705. The role requires coordinating security operations, reporting incidents, and guiding escort personnel to protect sensitive spaces.

Ideal candidates have a related degree or substantial experience, and possess SFPC/SPSC certifications. The position involves interaction with government officials and adherence to tight security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in the stated discipline or 6 years of additional work experience related to the labor category functional description.
• SFPC counts towards 3 years of experience.
• Special Program Security Certification (SPSC) counts towards 5 years of experience.
• Knowledgeable on ICD 705 (SCIFs) and compliance with IC security requirements; DoD clearance Top Secret.

Responsibilities

• Assesses, identifies and communicates recommendations for improvements of policies, procedures, or systems.
• Identifies threats, vulnerabilities, and potential risks.
• Drafts security incident reports and briefs government and civilian agencies including military senior leaders.
• Manages uniformed escort personnel and associated logs; assigns, trains, briefs site security duties and ensures timely reporting of security incidents to site lead.
• Shall follow and enforce customers' SOPs.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative support functions as directed by the contractor site lead and/or the Senior Security Representative.
• Shall conduct inspections of materials being delivered for utilization in construction of secure spaces.
• Will photograph and monitor the construction of secure spaces and document all steps to support final accreditation packets.
