Qualifications

• Expertise in analytical method development and transfer for biologics and vaccines.
• Experience with in-process and release testing, and regulatory considerations.
• Ability to design experiments and interpret complex data.

Responsibilities

• Develop, optimize, qualify, validate, and transfer analytical methods for characterization and testing.
• Establish analytical control strategies for biological products and manufacturing processes.
• Present data and recommendations to project teams and leadership.
• Provide technical guidance and training to junior scientists.
• Propose new experimental designs and conduct probing experiments.
• Plan and conduct scientific/laboratory experiments and interpret results.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements.
