Job summary
Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Scientist, Analytical Sciences to join the Impurity Characterization team, developing and implementing LC-MS based strategies for siRNA impurity profiling.

Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Experience developing UHPLC-high resolution MS methods using design of experiments.
- Experience with oligonucleotide LC-assisted impurity profiling and method transfer.
Responsibilities
- Develop, qualify, scale up and transfer HPLC-based assays for impurity characterization of siRNA.
- Serve as SME for impurity profiling and support forced degradation studies.
- Collaborate with stability science, CMC project management and early development teams.
