We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Scientist I/II to join our in vivo function at Amplitude Therapeutics. At Amplitude, we conduct in vivo experiments across various applications (e.g. vaccines and in vivo CAR) and in vivo models (rodents and NHPs).
Working with a high degree of independence and reporting to the CEO, this role will oversee and directly execute ~5 in vivo studies per month which are conducted at an off-site vivarium (in Cambridge). You will also coordinate various rat and NHP experiments conducted at CROs.
This role blends hands‑on execution (approximately 50-75% of the role) with the management of internal projects and external stakeholders (e.g. partners and CROs). The ideal candidate is an experienced, hands‑on in vivo scientist with a strong foundation in mouse study design and execution. The ideal candidate will have hands‑on experience with the in vivo pharmacology aspects for a large molecule program (e.g. mAb, siRNA, mRNA, recombinant protein).
