Job summary

Amplitude Therapeutics in Boston Seaport seeks an experienced Scientist I/II to lead in vivo studies across vaccines and in vivo models, including coordination with CROs. The role blends hands-on work (50–75%) with internal project management and external stakeholder collaboration.

The ideal candidate has strong mouse study design/execution experience and exposure to in vivo pharmacology for large molecule programs, with flexibility for site visits at the Cambridge vivarium and Seaport campus.

Qualifications

• BS/MS/PhD with relevant industry experience (10+/6+/2+ yrs) as applicable.
• Hands-on vaccine, CAR, or mAb/TCE rodent experiments required.
• Dosing methods (IV/SC/IM/IP), blood collection, necropsy & tissue collection.
• Experience with data analysis software and ELISA/ELISpot assays.
• CRO management and IACUC protocol experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of in vivo experiments with an emphasis on vaccine studies.
• Own the study strategy, design, and execution, coordinating with internal team members and CROs.
• Conduct in vivo studies including dosing, blood collection, necropsy, and tissue collection.
• Assist downstream assays such as ELISAs, ELISpots, and MSD/Luminex.
• Willingness to conduct experiments at vivarium (Cambridge, MA) and Amplitude’s Seaport site.
