Qualifications

• Doctorate degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Master’s degree with 2+ years of scientific experience or Bachelor's with 4+ years.
• Experience with siRNA/RNA therapeutics and erythroid biology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute in vitro and ex vivo assays to evaluate siRNA delivery and function.
• Develop human primary cell-based systems.
• Support target validation and mechanism-of-action studies for siRNA therapeutics.
• Collaborate with Delivery/chemistry teams, Translational and biomarker teams.
• Establish and optimize Flow cytometry panels, qPCR / RNA-based readouts.
• Contribute to IND-enabling studies and data packages.
