Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or another relevant biomedical discipline.
• Hands-on experience working with in vivo mouse models in a research setting.
• Strong scientific understanding of preclinical research and translational biology.
• Passion and motivation to move into a client facing/business development career path.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex science clearly.
• Commercial curiosity and business acumen.
• Currently based in Boston.
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a scientific partner to academic and biotech clients, supporting discussions around preclinical study design and mouse model solutions.
• Engage with researchers and scientific teams to understand scientific objectives and propose appropriate in vivo strategies.
• Support business development activities through scientific presentations, client meetings, conference attendance, and relationship building.
• Collaborate closely with internal scientific teams to align client needs with available capabilities and study approaches.
• Build long term relationships with clients across academia, biotech, and pharma.
• Travel locally within Europe (~25%) for client meetings, conferences, and scientific networking events.
