Job summary

CAS, headquartered in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Solutions Marketing Manager to own external positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategy for a science-focused solution. You will translate scientific capability into clear value for researchers and funding leaders, enabling Sales and Campaign teams to drive demand.

Reporting to the Director of Solutions Marketing, you will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and Customer Support, build credible content, and guide campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or related field.
• 5+ years in B2B solutions or go-to-market marketing.
• Ability to translate trends into actionable strategies.
• Strong cross-functional influence across PM, Sales, Customer Experience, and Marketing.
• Experience with digital marketing and AI-driven engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own positioning, messaging, and value propositions for the audience segment.
• Lead go-to-market planning for audience launches and releases.
• Collaborate with campaigns and external agency for programs to drive demand.
• Manage content from ideation to distribution and performance monitoring.
• Apply generative AI tools for research synthesis and content production.
• Build alignment across Marketing, Sales, Product Management, and cross-functional teams.
