Job summary

• Strong IT proficiency with Google apps, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Highly organized with ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
• Exceptional communication to coordinate scientists and prioritize projects.

• Demonstrated ability to synthesize operational needs and act accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coordinate and track ordering, receiving, and sharing of reagents.
• Supervise administrative tasks in support of lab research and operations.
• Assist with experimental tasks including animal colonies and assays.
• Act as liaison between lab and operations on assets, purchasing, and EH&S.
• Support a cross-functional, collaborative scientific culture.
• Study the mechanistic basis of cell health and rejuvenation.
• Maintain and develop lab collections and databases.
