Job summary

QP Group is seeking a hands-on senior leader to head a team of data engineers building data products for our cloud platform. You will mentor engineers, run design discussions, write code, and shepherd projects from design to production at scale.

Focus areas include data models, pipelines, and applications; applying LLMs for pre-clinical data schemas; and creating dashboards with React, Streamlit, and Jupyter for customer value. A collaborative, high-quality delivery culture is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in data engineering or a closely related field.
• Proven experience leading technical projects and delivering to deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
