Job summary

Qventus, Inc is seeking a Senior Data Engineer to lead design, development, and management of data assets and pipelines across healthcare data platforms. You will collaborate with data modeling leads and integrations partners to translate needs into robust data solutions.

You will help shape the foundational data model, ensure data quality and security, and work with cross-functional teams to enable analytics, ML, and real-time reporting that improve patient outcomes across the country.

Qualifications

• Excellent cross-functional communication; ability to break down complex technical components for technical and non-technical partners.
• Aptitude for interpreting complex datasets with data intuition and analytical skills; healthcare experience preferred.
• Quality data pipeline design and implementation to create reliable, modular, secure data foundations for analytics & ML.

Responsibilities

• Spearhead discovery, evaluation, and integration of new datasets with data stakeholders.
• Manage data assets lifecycle and partner with ingestion teams.
• Translate vision into functional data pipelines, designing structures and scheduling transformations.
• Set standards for data engineering practices and adopt cutting-edge technologies.
