Job summary

Green Life Science is seeking a Scientist for Preclinical Mouse Models & Client Solutions – USA to engage with academic and biotech clients, guiding preclinical study design and mouse model strategies. You will move from bench science toward commercial, client-facing business development while maintaining scientific credibility.

Requirements include a PhD in a biomedical field, hands-on mouse model experience, excellent communication, and willingness to travel up to 25% regionally.

Qualifications

• PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or related biomedical field.
• Hands-on experience with in vivo mouse models in a research setting.
• Strong understanding of preclinical research and translational biology.
• Desire to move into client-facing business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to explain complex science clearly.
• Commercial curiosity and business acumen.
• Fluent English communication.
• Based in the US with no sponsorship needed (OPT STEM acceptable).
• Willingness to travel regionally up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Act as a scientific partner to academic and biotech clients, supporting discussions on preclinical study design and mouse model solutions.
• Engage with researchers to understand objectives and propose in vivo strategies.
• Support business development through scientific presentations, client meetings, conferences, and relationship building.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with capabilities and study approaches.
• Build long-term relationships with clients across academia, biotech, and pharma.
• Travel locally for client meetings, conferences, and networking events.
