Qualifications

PhD in Immunology, Pharmacology, Cancer Biology, or related field.
Hands-on experience with in vivo mouse models in a research setting.
Strong understanding of preclinical research and translational biology.
Desire to transition into client-facing/business development roles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; Mandarin preferred.

Responsibilities

Act as scientific partner to academic/biotech clients, advising on study design and mouse model solutions.
Engage with researchers to understand objectives and propose in vivo strategies.
Support BD efforts via scientific presentations, client meetings, and conference participation.
Collaborate with internal scientific teams to align client needs with capabilities and study approaches.
Build long-term relationships with clients across academia, biotech, and pharma.
Travel locally ~25% for meetings, conferences and networking.
