The Penn Boarding School Teaching Residency (BSTR) is a groundbreaking collaboration between the Graduate School of Education of the University of Pennsylvania and a consortium of the nation's leading boarding schools. With an innovative and comprehensive curriculum designed specifically for the boarding schools' unique setting, the program provides aspiring teachers a two-year opportunity to receive a Master's in Science of Education in concert with the exceptional fellowship program offered by St. Paul's School.

Education: Undergraduate degree in Physics or Chemistry is required.
Experience: As part of residential boarding school, the candidate must be committed to working and living with adolescents and supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized and collaborative, with strong time management skills. While prior teaching experience is not required, relevant experience working with young people is preferred.
