St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH invites innovative educators to join the Penn Boarding School Teaching Residency (BSTR), a two-year path to a Master of Science in Education in partnership with Penn GSE.
The program combines teaching one or two classes, coaching activities, living on campus as a residential adviser, and weekly collaboration with faculty mentors and Penn faculty to support students’ academic and personal growth.

Education: Undergraduate degree in Mathematics is required.
Experience: As part of residential boarding school, the candidate must be committed to working and living with adolescents and supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized and collaborative, with strong time management skills. While prior teaching experience is not required, relevant experience working with young people is preferred.
