The Penn Boarding School Teaching Residency (BSTR) program is a groundbreaking collaboration between the Graduate School of Education of the University of Pennsylvania and a consortium of the nation's leading boarding schools. Education: Undergraduate degree in a Humanities discipline is required.
Experience: As part of residential boarding school, the candidate must be committed to working and living with adolescents and supporting their academic, social, and emotional growth. The ideal candidate is highly organized and collaborative, with strong time management skills. While prior teaching experience is not required, relevant experience working with young people is preferred.
