Job summary

10x Genomics, Inc. is seeking a Social Media Manager in the United States to own the global organic social strategy across major platforms, manage the publishing calendar, and engage with researchers and partners.

You will collaborate with a content team to produce copy and assets while turning scientists and leaders into an authentic voice for the brand. You will work with cross-functional teams to define strategy, measure impact, and drive an employee advocacy program.

Qualifications

• Social Strategy and Channel Ownership across LinkedIn, Twitter (X), YouTube, Instagram and other audience-relevant channels.
• Calendar governance: coordinating launches, campaigns, events, webinars, and corporate news into a coherent plan.

Responsibilities

• Plan and produce social content spanning storytelling, customer research highlights, product education, event coverage, and culture.
• Turn webinars and talks into short-form video and social-native formats with cross-team collaboration.
• Publish across channels with formatting, accessibility, and accuracy checks with stakeholders as needed.
• Coordinate with paid media to ensure organic and paid storytelling aligns.
