You will lead a cross-functional team to turn scientific storytelling into engaging content and ensure alignment with product launches, events, and corporate news. The ideal candidate combines scientific credibility with strong writing, analytics, and community-building skills, and will build an employee advocacy program.

Qualificações

• 4+ years of experience managing organic social media for a B2B, scientific, healthcare, or technology brand with direct strategy ownership.
• Experience running community engagement and social listening programs.
• Experience with social media management and analytics platforms.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Responsabilidades

• Own organic social strategy and channel ownership across major platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram).
• Develop content and publish across channels, coordinating with content teams.
• Manage community engagement and surface insights from conversations.
• Lead employee advocacy programs and enable internal voices.
• Measure performance and report to marketing leadership regularly.
